Chocolate Macadamia Muffins


2 Cups Flour 1 Cup Sugar 3/4 Cup cocoa 2 Teaspoons baking powder 1 Teaspoon baking soda 1/4 Teaspoon salt 1 Cup semisweet chocolate chips ½ cupchopped macadamia nuts 1 Cup milk or buttermilk 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs, beaten 1 Teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or line 18 muffin cups. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chips and nuts.In a smaller bowl, mix milk, oil, eggs and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture. Stir only until all ingredients are combined and moist. Fill muffin cups three-quarters full of batter. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean. Remove from oven and serve warm
